Sour Cream Bread
Ingredients
1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
4 tsp. sugar
2 C. bread flour
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. salt
3/4 C. sour cream
1 Tbsp. warm water
Cooking Instructions
Combine ingredients according to the manufacturer’s directions. For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 tsp. of yeast for 1 1/2 pound loaf. For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 2 1/2 ounces of warm water in the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
