Shells Agli Olio
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. olive oil plus 2 tsp.
1 Tbsp. white wine plus 1 tsp.
7 garlic cloves, minced
2/3 C. fresh spinach leaves, stems removed, torn into small pieces
11 oz. cooked shell pasta
Cooking Instructions
In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and wine. Add the garlic and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and sauté just until it wilts. Toss the garlic spinach sauce with the hot shells, and serve.
