Scalloped Ham
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 C. chopped onion
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 C. frozen peas
2 pounds smoked ham sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 can cream of chicken soup-10 oz.
1 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Put potato into crock pot, scatter onion over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, sprinkle with peas. Lay the ham slices on top. Stir soup and water together in a bowl and then pour over ham. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours or on high for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
