Salmon Patties 2
Ingredients
1 lb. canned salmon
1/2 C. cracker crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. salad dressing
2 stalks celery, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Drain salmon and add other ingredients. Mix. Shape into patties. Fry slowly to prevent sticking.
