Roasted Pepper Bread With Oregano
Ingredients
Small loaf:
5/8 C. water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 C. bread flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. yeast
roasted red peppers; chopped reduce oil accordingly
Medium loaf:
1 C. + 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp. oregano
2 C. bread flour
3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
roasted red peppers, chopped reduce oil accordingly
Large:
1 1/4 C. water
1/4 C. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. oregano
3 C. bread flour
1/3 C. nonfat dry milk
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
roasted red peppers; chopped reduce oil accordingly
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients in pan except water and yeast. Add water on top of other ingredients. Close lid. Place yeast in dispenser. Bake on Regular or Rapid Bake (3 hour mode) Recipe created for Panasonic 65. Adjust for other brands as necessary.
