Redfish Special
Ingredients
1 lb. redfish fillets
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
Sprinkle fillets with seasoned salt and lemon juice. Place in broiler pan and broil until fish flakes. Remove. Spread with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to oven and broil until cheese melts and cream is bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
