Pineapple Cake With Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple in juice 20 ounce
2 C. flour
1 C. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. walnuts; chopped
1 packet cream cheese; 3 ounce
1/4 C. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
Cooking Instructions
Combine all cake ingredients and pour into an ungreased, 13 x 9 inch Pyrex pan. Combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled pineapple cake.
