Pheasant Or Chicken In Cream Sauce
Ingredients
1 pheasant or chicken, quartered
3/4 C. apple cider
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 C. chopped onion
Paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
Cooking Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put pheasant in baking dish. Mix ingredients together and pour over pheasant. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender.
