Ketchup Loaf
Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 stick margarine
3 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
1 C. dry burger (TVP)
1 C. hot water
2 eggs
2 C. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sage
Ketchup
Cooking Instructions
Saute onion and celery in margarine. Add bread; mix until margarine is absorbed. In large bowl mix dry vegetarian burger and hot water. Let set 5 to 10 minutes. Add eggs, cheese, garlic powder and sage. Mix well and add sauteed mixture. Put into greased 9 x 9 inch pan and top with ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
