Ingredients

1 package yeast; scant package.
3 C. flour; better 4 bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. buttermilk; or 3/4 C. -water; and 3 Tbsp. -saco buttermilk powder
3 tsp. margarine; or applesauce
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 C. water

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
