Fuzzy Navel Cake
Ingredients
1 C. peaches, pureed
1/2 C. liquid from peaches
1 cake mix, deluxe
4 eggs
2/3 C. oil
Glaze:
1/4 C. peach liquid
1/2 C. powdered sugar.
Pureed Peaches:
16-ounce can of peaches (undrained)
1/2 C. Peach Schnapps
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. orange juice.
Cooking Instructions
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from pan; pour glaze over cake. Glaze: Mix ingredients. Pureed Peaches: Combine ingredients. Pour into covered container and store for 24 hours. Remove peaches and puree them in food processor, reserving liquid for cake and glaze.
