Fruit Tacos
Ingredients
1-1/2 C. cold milk
1 package (4 serving size) Jell-O Instant Pudding, any flavor, sugar free
1-3/4 C. (4-oz. container) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, sugar free
8 taco shells
2 C. fruit, cut up
1/2 C. Baker’s Angel Flake Coconut, sugar free
chocolate syrup, sugar free
Cooking Instructions
Pour 1-1/2 C. cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 12 minutes. Let pudding stand 5 minutes. Stir whipped topping into pudding very gently with rubber scraper until mixture is all the same color. If not using right away, put pudding mixture into refrigerator until serving time. Just before serving, spoon an equal amount of pudding mixture into each taco shell. Top with fruit, then coconut. Pour a little chocolate over filling.
