Fish Batter 12
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 C. buttermilk
1/3 C. beer
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Mix well. Soak fish for 15 minutes. Dip or shake fish in bag using Bisquick flour. Fry in 1/2 inch oil 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
