Deer Manicotti
Ingredients
1 lb. ground deer
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
2 (8 oz.) packs shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 box manicotti shells
Cooking Instructions
Cook deer and Italian sausage together until done. Drain off grease. Set aside to cool. Cook manicotti shells according to package directions. Cover with cold water. Lightly grease a 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Mix 1 pack of cheese into cooled sausage-burger mixture. Carefully stuff manicotti shells with mixture and place in baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over shells. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes. Serve with garlic toast.
