Deep Fried Oysters
Ingredients
Fresh oysters (or fresh frozen)
Beer Batter #2 (see below)
Flour
Oil for deep frying
Cooking Instructions
Pour liquor off oysters, pick out any shell. Rinse in cold water to remove any sand, drain and pat with paper towels. Roll oysters in flour, shake off excess. Dip in beer batter #2. Deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown.
