Curried Baked Fish
Ingredients
Vegetable cooking spray
8 (4 oz.) fish (orange roughy or
other white fish fillets)
1/2 C. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Cooking Instructions
Coat a broiling rack with cooking spray. Place rack in a shallow baking pan, arrange fish on rack. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over fish. Bake 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until done. 147 calories, 22.6 g protein, 5l1 g fat, 1.3 g carbohydrates, 67 milligrams cholesterol, 245 mg. calcium per 3 ounce serving.
