Crunchy Chicken Cheese Bake
Ingredients
8 each chicken breast halves without skin or bone
4 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
10-3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup, condensed
8 thin slices of tomato
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 C. herb-seasoned stuffing cubes, crushed
Cooking Instructions
In a 9×13-inch ovenproof dish, place chicken; top with cheese. Stir soup; spread over cheese. Top with tomato slices. Combine butter and stuffing; sprinkle over tomatoes. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
