Cranberrynut Coffee Cake
Ingredients
1/4 C. brown sugar, packed
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 C. Bisquick baking mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 C. water or milk
2/3 C. whole cranberry sauce
ICING:
1 C. confectioners’ sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk or water
Cooking Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square 9×9 pan. Mix brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon. Combine baking mix, sugar, egg and water; beat vigorously 1 1/2 minutes. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with nut mixture. Spoon cranberry sauce over top. Bake 20-25 minutes. While warm drizzle with icing.
