Buffalo Stew
Ingredients
2 pounds Buffalo stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
5 Carrots cut in 1 inch pieces
1 Large onion
3 Stalks celery, sliced
1 can (1 pound 12 oz.) tomatoes
1/2 C. Quick cooking tapioca
1/2 tsp. Ground cloves
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for 12 hours (high for 5 to 6 hours).
