Bread Pudding
Ingredients
1 C. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 slice white bread
2 packages artificial sweetener
1 egg, beaten
1 pinch salt
Cooking Instructions
In microwave container, break bread into small chunks. In a small bowl, beat egg into milk. Add vanilla, sweetener and pinch salt. Pour over bread, making sure all pieces are moistened. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon, if desired. Microwave for 10 minutes on medium power. To cook in oven, place an oven safe container into a pan of water and bake at 350 degrees F. for about 45 minutes.
