Baste For Fish Steaks
Ingredients
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/3 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. bottled lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. grated lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
Cooking Instructions
Combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, grated lemon and minced garlic in small bowl; blend well. Pour over fish steaks in glass baking dish. Marinate in refrigerator 3 hours before grilling.
