Baked Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
2 chickens, broiler-fryer; quartered
2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. mustard, prepared
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. oil, salad
1 tsp. thyme, dried leaf
1/4 tsp. ginger, ground
Cooking Instructions
Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken. Place skin side up in foil-lined shallow baking pan. Combine other ingredients and spoon over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375for 50 to 60 minutes, basting occasionally.
