15 Minute Breakfast Custard
Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. milk
Cooking Instructions
Combine eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and milk, mixing well. Pour into 6-8 glass custard cups. Place cups on a rack of folded paper towels in a large frying pan with a tight fitting cover. Pour cold water into the frying pan to half the height of the cups–then cover. Bring water to a rolling boil.
