Roast Pheasant With Wild Rice
Ingredients
1 pheasant
Salt
Pepper
1 C. wild rice
1 C. apricot juice
Cooking Instructions
Place pheasant on foil in large baking pan. Rub interior with salt and pepper; cover with uncooked rice. Pour apricot juice over all. Wrap tightly in foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. 4 servings.
