4 ounce(s) tofu
1/2 to 2/3 C.(s) water
2 tsp. maple syrup

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Use the lesser amount of water for a light cream consistency, the full amount for milk. Makes about 1 C..
