Salmon Loaf 3
Ingredients
2 (16 oz.) cans salmon
2 eggs
1 1/2 C. liquid (salmon and milk)
3 C. coarse cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
Grease a loaf pan (9x5x3). Flake salmon. Blend in eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon lightly into pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serves 4-5.
