Ingredients

1 lb. cod, boned
1 lg. potato
1 carrot
2 eggs
1/2 C. matzo meal
Butter or margarine for topping
1 med. onion

Cooking Instructions

Boil cod, potato and carrot until soft. Mash and grate in onion. Add eggs, matzo meal. Make patties. Bake topped with butter or margarine until brown at 350 degrees.
