Tempura Batter For Fish
Ingredients
3/8 C. flour
1/8 C. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients and beat smooth. Dip fish in flour to coat. Dip in tempura batter and fry in oil. Serves 4.
