Ingredients

1 1/2 yellow cornmeal
1/4 C. flour, white
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cooking Instructions

Combine ingredients. Store in airtight container. To use: Dip fish in buttermilk and roll in coating mix. Fry fish in 2-3 inches of oil.
