Baked Fish With Sauce
Ingredients
2 lbs. fresh fish (bass, snapper, flounder or any white fish)
2 med. onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. safflower oil
1 (#2) can tomatoes (1 pt. home processed)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Parsley for decoration
Cooking Instructions
Saute onions in oil until transparent. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Cover fish with sauce in large baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish flakes. Garnish with parsley.
