Quick And Delicious Jambalaya
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef or sausage, browned
1 1/2 lb. peeled, boiled shrimp
or 1-2 C. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 1/2 C. raw rice, washed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can onion soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 C. chopped bell pepper
1 stalk celery, chop
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place mixture in a 2 quart casserole. Bake covered in a 350º degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serves 6-8. Can use leftover baked or fried chicken
