Custard Pie
Ingredients
1 C. liquid egg substitute
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 C. sugar replacement
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 C. instant dry milk
2 C. water
9-inch piecrust, unbaked
ground nutmeg, as desired
Cooking Instructions
Mix both packages of pudding mix together, according to package directions. Pour into piecrust, and chill until set. Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
