Ingredients

2 C. cut-up cooked chicken
1/2 C. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix (half packet)
1 C. milk
1 C. baking mix
2 eggs
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 400. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Mix chicken, onion and seasoning mix. Sprinkle in plate. Stir baking mix, milk and eggs with fork until blended. Pour into plate. Bake 30 to35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes longer, or until cheese melts. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and sour cream if desired.
