Ham Pie
Ingredients
4 C. chopped ham
1 stick butter
1 C. flour
4 C. milk
eggs (as many as you desire)
salt (as you desire)
biscuit dough
Cooking Instructions
Melt butter. Slowly add flour and milk alternating; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add salt; place ham in white sauce (keep hot). Put in Pyrex dish (approximately 8 x 16- inch). Make indention in sauce with spoon and slide eggs in. Cover with thin cut biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until biscuits are brown.
