Banana Split Pie 2
Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 C. low-fat milk
2 bananas, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 C. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. pecans, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a mixing bowl combine Equal, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Add dry mixture to apples; toss gently to coat fruit. Fill a pastry lined 9-inch pie plate with apple mixture; dot with margarine. Cover with top crust that has slits cut in it; seal and flute edge. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees F. Turn oven down to 350 degrees F. and bake an additional 30 minutes.
