Lemon Barbecued Steak
Ingredients
1 1/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
1/3 C. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 green onion, sliced
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cooking Instructions
Place meat in plastic bag; set in shallow pan. For marinade combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Close bag; marinate 2-4 hours in refrigerator; turn meat occasionally. Drain; reserve marinade. Place meat on grill over medium hot coals. Grill til desired doneness, turning once (allow 20-25 minutes total for medium-rare.) Brush meat occasionally with reserved marinade.
