Hamburger Shamrocks
Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/4 C. soft bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 green peppers
Cooking Instructions
Beat eggs, add crumbs, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Add beef. Cut 8 rings, 1/2″ thick, from the green pepper. Pat hamburger mixture into the ring. Broil 7 minutes on one side and 6 minutes on the other.
