Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for cheeseburger macaroni
2 3/4 C. water
3 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 375º. Rinse frozen broccoli under running cold water to separate; drain. Cook and stir ground beef in 10″ skillet until brown; drain. Stir in broccoli, macaroni, sauce mix, water and cream cheese. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is melted. Pour into ungreased 2-quart round casserole or rectangular baking dish, 12″ x 7 1/2″ x 2″. Bake at 375º uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. 5 servings.
