Italian Dressing
Ingredients
1/4 C. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried leaf basil
1 pinch dried leaf thyme
salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a small jar and shake well. Chill before serving.
