Chuck Wagon Chili
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. deer meat
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 sm. can tomatoes and green chilies
Cooking Instructions
Brown beef and deer meat. Drain and set aside. Combine other ingredients and add meat mixture. Simmer for 2 hours.
