Frankfurter Casserole
Ingredients
1-1/4 C. bean and bacon soup, undiluted
1-1/4 C. water
2 C. all meat frankfurter, cut in1/2-inch slices
1 onion, chopped fine
1 green onion, chopped fine
1/2 C. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 can ready mix type biscuits
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients, except biscuits. Boil gently 5 minutes. Put about 3/4 C. mixture into each of 8 individual baking dishes; top each with a biscuit. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve at once
