{"id":11218,"date":"2026-02-15T19:03:05","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T19:03:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T19:03:05","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T19:03:05","slug":"white-beans-with-sweet-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/vegetarian\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/white-beans-with-sweet-potatoes\/","title":{"rendered":"White Beans With Sweet Potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 each onion, chopped<br \/>\n2 each garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. olive oil<br \/>\n1\/4 C. white rice, uncooked<br \/>\n2 each tomatoes, chopped<br \/>\n1 C. great northern beans, cooked<br \/>\n1 each green bell pepper, chopped<br \/>\n2 each sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed<br \/>\n1 C. water<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. salt<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Saute onion and garlic in oil until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add rice and Saute for 3  minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, with the exception of the parsley and bring to a  boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the rice is tender, about 25 minutes.
