{"id":10926,"date":"2026-02-15T19:03:01","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T19:03:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T19:03:01","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T19:03:01","slug":"raspberry-sorbet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/vegetarian\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/raspberry-sorbet\/","title":{"rendered":"Raspberry Sorbet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>3\/4 C. water<br \/>\n1\/3 C. sugar<br \/>\n1 pint ripe raspberries<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. raspberry vinegar<br \/>\n1\/4 C. lemon juice<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. framboise, optional<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Make a syrup by combining the water and sugar in a non corrosive pot and bring to a  boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Puree the raspberries in a  food processor and strain through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Combine the syrup,  raspberries, vinegar, lemon juice and framboise. Freeze following the instructions for  making Lemon Sorbet.  VARIATION: Blackberry Sorbet.
