{"id":10878,"date":"2026-02-15T19:02:52","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T19:02:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T19:02:52","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T19:02:52","slug":"mock-turkey-loaf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/vegetarian\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/mock-turkey-loaf\/","title":{"rendered":"Mock  Turkey  Loaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>3 Tbsp. oil<br \/>\n1 onion, diced<br \/>\n3 stalks celery, diced<br \/>\n1 can &#8220;Tender Bits&#8221; or &#8220;Terkets&#8221;, cut into bite size pieces,  reserve liquid<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. soy sauce<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n4 sliced French bread, diced &amp; marinated in liquid from the Tender Bits&#8221; or &#8220;Terkets&#8221;<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp. sage<br \/>\nJuice from the &#8220;Tender Bits&#8221; or &#8220;Terkets&#8221;<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Brown celery and onions in oil.  Add &#8220;Tender Bits.&#8221;  Add soy sauce.  Remove from heat.  Fold in other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
