Parsley flakes<br \/>\n5 C. Water<br \/>\n1\/3 C. Butter or margarine<br \/>\n13 oz. Can evaporated milk<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in crock pot. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during last hour.
