Cover potato pieces with boiling salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, except lemon juice. Toss potatoes with mixture. Turn into a greased casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Pour lemon juice over all.
