Combine the tomatoes, rice, onions, garlic, oregano and salt in a 1 1\/2 qt. casserole dish. Heat the broth to boiling and pour over the tomato mixture. Cover and bake, stirring occasionally for about 35 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
