Monterey jack cheese, cut into 1\/2&#8243; cubes<br \/>\n1\/2 C. soft bread crumbs<br \/>\n4 1\/2 oz. chopped green chilies, drained<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. ground black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Combine eggs and sour cream in a large bowl; stir in corn and next 5 ingredients. Pour into a greased 10&#8243; quiche dish or 2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350  for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, and bake 5 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
