{"id":9457,"date":"2026-02-15T18:59:10","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:59:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:59:10","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:59:10","slug":"oven-fried-fish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/seafood\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/oven-fried-fish\/","title":{"rendered":"Oven  Fried  Fish"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1\/4 C. margarine, melted<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. lemon juice<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. paprika<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. basil<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp. garlic powder<br \/>\n1 lb. fillet or flounder or other fish<br \/>\n1\/4 C. dry bread crumbs<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. oil<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Combine margarine, lemon juice, pepper, paprika, basil and garliC.  Dredge fish in margarine-herb mixture and roll in bread crumbs.  Spread oil in shallow baking dish and arrange fish in one layer.  Spoon remaining mixture over fish.
