Colavita or good olive oil<br \/>\n1 1\/2 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh<br \/>\n1 1\/2 scallions, chopped<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. coriander leaves (cilantro),<br \/>\n   fresh<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. ground pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp. fresh ground ginger root<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. rice vinegar<br \/>\nFish &#8211; shark, swordfish or other<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mix oil, lemon juice, scallions, cilantro, pepper, ginger root, and rice vinegar.  Pour over fish in low dish.  Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
